The radio on my 2014 Ford Fusion SE has stopped working. The radio is stuck on AM and will not let me change the station. I can hit the voice command button on the steering wheel and it shows that it recognizes the input on the display, but there is no sound whatsoever coming through the speakers.

Dear Neena98, The first thing to do is run a self-test. You can do this by turning the radio on and setting it to a local station. Push the #3 and #6 preset buttons until the unit goes into a speaker test. After it enters it,push the #1 button. This will run the on-board self test.
To do an update for touchscreen SYNC press the "seek" button (under "tune+" button) and radio power button at the same time. After 5 seconds the screen will go black and the music comes on!
