Yep, I bought a 2023 X5 45e for the same reasons. Also they got rid of my favorite color (Phytonic Blue) and made the exterior uglier. Sure the extra range, and more power would be nice, but the 45e is a already a bat out h*ll. For a family cruiser with a 0-60 time of 4.7seconds, the 45e is more than adequate.
