STAR WARS™ Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy™ > General Discussions > Topic Details. Closet Deadpooler Mar 18, 2020 @ 4:25pm. Crashes on startup. I start the game, get this dialogue window and the game goes into fullscreen mode. A few seconds later it just crashes. I haven't been able to play it yet. I'm not using mods and I have it running in
First, you have to open your Jedi Academy game directory. The first file is in your "Jedi Academy" folder and it's named "JediAcademy.exe". The other two files are inside the "GameData" folder and they're called "jasp.exe" (this file launches singleplayer) and "jamp.exe" (this file launches multiplayer).
About This File. This Mod aims to replace nearly all in-game textures (which are quite low res compared to the textures in games nowadays) with improved hi-rez textures faithful to the original style of the game and/or with custom textures all of 2 times (some even 8! times) the original size. It is perfectly safe and very easy to install or
I don't know anything about controller support for Jedi Academy since I've been playing on mouse and keyboard. Showing 1 - 2 of 2 comments The author of this thread has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

I'm not looking for an impossible time beating the game but dont want it to be
I know this would be fairly easy early on. I remember reading about a sect of Jedi called the Grey Paladins who rejected lightsabers and force powers, instead relying on blasters and such, and letting the Force guide them in battle. However, I'd much rather be like the Teepo Paladins, who used blasters but still immersed themselves in the Force.

Stuck in a cutscene. I needed some good, comfy SW in my life so decided to boot up JKJA again and after 2 missions there is a cutscene with Jaden, Rosh, and Kyle in some random room in Luke's Academy. When the cutscene loads, instead of playing, it is physically loading me into the scene and I can walk around and switch weapons, use the force etc.
