There are no Mamma Mia tours available on Skopelos at the moment and there are unlikely to be any soon due to the licensing of vehicle laws (all to do with protecting the taxi drivers business). If you wish to visit Agios Ioannis it would be advisable to get the boat over to Glossa and a taxi from there - not sure how much that would be.
