Please consider 'buying us a brew' if this #2 ยท Jan 5, 2012 Have'nt got the EGR removed yet. MAF came today so ten minutes should stick it in tonight. My only concern now is a little knocking noise low down in the revs in 1st & gear 2nd. The hesitation/missing seems to be in any gear from approx1600rpm to about 2200rpm.

Renault Trafic 2.0 DCI 115 LWB, 59 plate. I had a bit of a flat spot and thought that it was about time to clean the EGR valve. There were no error codes or warning lights other than a glow plug associated code. I removed the old valve (Siemens) and was surprised to find that it was pretty clean.
